The Bro Code is an all boys mentoring program that involves high school students engaging and encouraging middle school students to overcome some of the difficulties of growing up in the 2020s. It is a non-profit organization with no fee to participate. It is a great learning experience for both middle school boys who will have an opportunity to discuss important issues to them, and a great opportunity for high school students to mentor younger boys.The program was piloted at the
Community School of Davidson in 2022 and had a great response.

We would love to bring The Bro Code to your school this year. Here is what we need to get started:
- Student leaders and interested high school students to learn and lead discussions (leadership meets once a week to game plan and practice)
- Faculty sponsor to help guide topics and discussions
- A space and time to meet with middle schoolers once

- Faculty sponsor to help guide topics and discussions
- A space and time to meet with middle schoolers once monthly
Here is what we provide to you:
- Detailed lesson plans to follow and help frame discussions
- List of topics to follow throughout the school year
- A half day training program with our high school leaders and mentors
- Access to our high school leaders to answer questions and offer support; we are happy to help and jump in anytime we are needed
